Please note the following practice schedule welcomes both beginner and advanced wrestlers, creating an inclusive space where everyone can learn and grow together.
Regular season runs from Mid-October until Mid-May

Girls/Boys (Ages 6-10) and Rec level All Ages
Monday: 6:15-7:15
Wednesday: 6:15-7:15

Competitive stream
Girls/Boys (Ages 10-18)
Monday: 7:00-8:30 PM
Tuesday: 6:15-8:15 PM
Thursday: 6:15-8:15 PM
